The passion for coffee and its origins led two young brothers, Fabio and Stefano, to begin the activity in 2003. Since the foundation of the company, training in the field of raw product, green coffee, has continued. And the knowledge of an artisanal manufacturing process using only a careful selection of coffee varieties
Our small company is located in the North of Italy, surrounded by the beautiful landscape of Orta Lake and the Valsesia Mountains. We do remain “anchored” to our original geographical roots to maintain and guarantee human values and principles, which have been passed down, to us throughout the generations.
We pay the utmost attention to the processing of our product, inasmuch as we follow a process by hand, which allows us to distinguish ourselves from the industrial mass production.
We believe in quality, the work done with passion and every process respects these values.
No rush in preparing our blends. Coffee needs its time to get ready to be drunk and to be appreciated in its aroma, structure, and healthy features.
